Tower Hamlets Council's mainstream grants (MSG) programme of voluntary sector funding of about £3m per year, will come to an end on 31st March 2019.

After this point there will still be some limited council grant funding, but the main successor to the MSG will be a programme of commissioned services.  The new programme will be called Community Commissioning.

The council’s cabinet will be meeting on the 20th March and will discuss the overall approach and framework for the Community Commissioning Programme. We are holding an open meeting on the morning of the 16th March to review the cabinet paper and to ask for your feedback. Your feedback will help shape our response to the cabinet paper.
