GDPR training is designed specifically for either commercial or charitable organisations. Attendees will have have an opportunity to understand every aspect of the GDPR from the basics to subject access requests through to the conditions for processing data and data subjects’ rights. The GDPR explains that training is a key aspect of compliance. Without it, an organization cannot effectively ensure it is complying with the law.

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become effective in the UK on 25 May 2018. It replaces the existing law we have on data protection (the Data Protection Act 1998).
