What is Compact?
The Compact is an agreement designed to support strong partnerships and improve the relationship between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector for mutual advantage. A refreshed national Compact was launched in December 2009. Each local authority in the country has a local Compact.

Tower Hamlets' Compact
Tower Hamlets Compact was developed in 2004, it is a statement of principles that organisations across the sectors agree to and sets out how they can work together. The aim is to achieve more for local people by better partnership working. Tower Hamlet’s Compact is currently being refreshed.
